1. When products can be returned or refund?

2. Can I exchange the item when I received it?

Regrettably, we don't approve exchange when you received the item except wrong or broken product.

With the dissatisfaction reasons, we are sorry to say that we can exchange because our products are customize items and we can resell if you change it.

3. Time period for return or exchange.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or return.

4. What condition does the product need to be in for the return?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same

condition that you received it. It must also be in the original

packaging.

5. Process for claiming?

Capture the details of the damaged product and please

send us some pictures or videos of the product to our customer support email: support@socdecor.com

6. Process for getting return?

Please send an email stating that you want to exchange

product for some reasons (wrong or defective items) and proof of your

purchase to our customer support email: support@socdecor.com

You must bear all shipping costs when returning the item, when we receive your item, we will notice you through email and process to check the return item, the processing time is from 5 - 7 business days and we will refund/return for you after that when we confirm your item you sent in accordance with our terms of return.

7. What do you get after returning?

After returning you can get refund or a replacement.

8. Restocking Fee

We will not take any restocking fee during the return of product.
